BOOKKEEPING HOURLY RATE $50

STANDARD MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING FEE $400

* Includes up to ten (10) hours monthly bookkeeping services

* Utilizes bookkeeping services through QuickBooks Online

* Offers discounted rate for QuickBooks Online monthly subscription

* Typically involves:

• Monthly servicing and reconciling of business savings account

• Monthly servicing and reconciling of business checking account

• Monthly servicing and reconciling of business debit card account

• Monthly servicing and reconciling of business credit card account

• Preparing and submitting estimate(s)

• Preparing and submitting invoice(s)

• Managing and organizing QuickBooks Online Chart of Accounts

• Accessing and utilizing online bank feeds

EACH ADDITIONAL BOOKKEEPING HOUR $50

* Initial company set-up normally involves increased time

* Common services beyond typical ten (10) hours monthly may include:

• Monthly servicing and reconciling of additional accounts

• Numerous estimates, invoices, and/or transactions

• Payroll

MINIMUM MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING FEE $100

NOTARIAL FEE $8

The notarial fee is charged for each and every use of the notarial seal.

IDENTICAL DOCUMENT NOTARIAL FEE $4

The identical document notarial fee is charged for each and every use of the notarial seal on identical document(s) after notarization of the original document.

NOTARY TRAVEL FEE $5, PLUS MILEAGE

The travel fee is charged for mobile notary services.  Mileage is calculated to and from location of notarization and is charged at the current IRS rate ($0.70 per mile as of 1/1/25).
